Smartlipo is laser lipo suction liposuction. The newest version is Smartlipo Triplex which I use. This machine actually has three lasers built in. Certain lasers can be better for melting fat and the others better for tightening the skin.
In most cases, the procedure can be performed while you are awake. The laser portion of the procedure is performed first which melts the fat. The suction portion is then performed to remove the melted fat.
Smartlipo can be used most places but is usually best for arms, abdomen, flanks, back, and thighs. Results can be dramatic and should be accompanied with a health life style and general fitness schedule.
Eyelid surgery, or blepharoplasty, is a surgical procedure to improve the appearance of the eyelids.
Surgery can be performed on the upper lids, lower lids or both.
Whether you want to improve your appearance or are experiencing functional problems with your eyelids, eyelid surgery can rejuvenate the area surrounding your eyes.

These one-time, one-hour procedures make PrecisionTx ideal for patients who are seeking the best possible results with the least amount of downtime. The results of PrecisionTx treatments in the lower face and neck continue to improve over time:
Besides wrinkling and gravity, volume loss to the face has become increasingly recognized as an important component to the aging process, which can be restored with either office-based fillers or facial fat grafting. Grafting or fat transfer is, as the name suggests, the movement of fat cells (adipocytes) from one part of the body (the donor area) to another. Fat grafting is increasingly being used for rejuvenation or augmentation of several areas of the body including the face.
Facial toxin injections work by weakening or paralyzing certain muscles or by blocking certain nerves. The effects last about three to twelve months, depending on what you are treating. We use it in small doses to treat:
Dermal fillers help to diminish facial lines and restore volume and fullness in the face.
As we age, our faces naturally lose subcutaneous fat. The facial muscles are then working closer to the skin surface, so smile lines and crow's feet become more apparent.
The facial skin also stretches a bit, adding to this loss of facial volume. Other factors that affect the facial skin include sun exposure, heredity and lifestyle.
Medical grade peels work to resurface the facial skin, revealing brighter, fresher skin beneath. These medical grade chemical peels vary in depth and in their ingredients, each one appropriate for certain skin types and conditions. A chemical peel, performed by a professional in the field of cosmetic enhancements, is an important part of a comprehensive skincare regimen.
Skin Tightening is a non-surgical procedure using Pelleve or Sciton Skintyte that’s primarily designed to tighten any loose or sagging skin around your body. This procedure is minimally invasive in order to ensure that you’re as comfortable as possible. If you’re living in DC and have long been frustrated of having to deal with loose skin around your body, this easy procedure is designed to be an alternative solution to costly and highly invasive surgical techniques that oftentimes come with a lot of risks.
The Intense Pulse Light (IPL) technology allows us to safely and effectively remove age or sun spots and freckles in just a few treatments. The age and sun spot treatment procedure is quick, effective, and very safe. The signs of sun damage will flake off after two or three treatments, leaving clear, younger-looking skin.
